By registering a betpawa account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This acceptance applies to all services provided by betpawa, including sports betting, Bingo games, promotions, bonus programs, and all other platform features. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the more specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

To open and use a betpawa account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Betpawa reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and all associated balances frozen pending investigation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account betpawa. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. You are required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last 3 months).

• Betpawa reserves the right to void bets involving technical errors, incorrect odds, or events terminated before their scheduled conclusion.
• For in-play betting, the odds accepted at the time of confirmation are the final odds regardless of any changes that occur afterwards.
• Minimum single bet is MYR 1.00 while the maximum is subject to market limits for each sport type.
• Betpawa reserves the right to reduce or limit the betting amount for specific users without providing a reason.
• All sports event results are sourced from official channels and used to determine betting outcomes.

Betpawa offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses to registered users, including deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms that must be read before participating.

The general terms applicable to all betpawa bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Manipulating sporting events or colluding with any party to obtain unlawful gains.
• Using another person's information to register an account or verify transactions.
• Spreading harmful, threatening, or harassing content targeting other users on the platform.

Betpawa shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users as a result of:

• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or network failures beyond betpawa's control.
• Betting outcomes made on the basis of inaccurate information provided by third parties.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of betpawa services.

Users may close their betpawa account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bets remain unsettled.

Betpawa reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice if:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• The user fails to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Betpawa is directed to do so by the relevant authority or regulatory body.

Betpawa reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendment takes effect immediately upon being published on the betpawa.lc website.

We will notify registered users of significant changes via email notification or in-platform alerts at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in resolving any dispute.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
